Minimally Invasive Procedures Down in 2010
Tweet
According to new statistics released by the American Society of Plastic Surgeons, minimally invasive procedures have decreased in popularity, while surgical procedures such as a tummy tuck in Los Angeles are on the rise.
Regardless of how much time a person spends in the gym, or how healthy a person eats, there are certain areas of the body that can’t be improved without the help of surgery. A tummy tuck may help people get flat and toned stomachs after weight loss. Extra skin around the abdomen becomes more and more difficult to remove with age, so women and men are starting to turn to surgical procedures.
Nonsurgical treatments are extremely effective in producing temporary results, and they remain very popular, but I think it’s interesting to see how many people are having more long-lasting surgical enhancement.
How do you feel about minimally invasive procedures? I’d like to hear your opinions on these procedures versus more invasive procedures.
